Nanet Descôtes - Communication & Event Project
Nanet Descôtes is a family-owned Champagne house founded in 1988 in the Vallée de la Marne, France. The house is known for artisanal production, eco certifications (HVE and VDC) and a strong family heritage.
My team was selected in a mini competition to design the communication and event strategy for the launch of their new prestige cuvée, Secret de Famille, a limited 100% Meunier champagne for loyal clients.
The project included:
• Market and brand analysis to define positioning and audience segments
• Storytelling concept built around mystery and family legacy
• Full event design for the launch day: invitations, welcome coffee, vineyard tour and tasting, bottle labeling activity, cave reception, reveal moment and post-event follow-up
• Offline assets: premium invitation design, packaging and label concepts, branded goodies and a client calendar
• Digital plan: Instagram content calendar, press kit and press release draft, email and SMS invitations, hashtag strategy (#secretdefamilleND)
• Operational plan: guest list management, RSVP flow, KPIs and budget alignment within the 2000€ constraint
